You must first understand that there are just two kinds of feelings. One feeling feels good and other feels bad. At the same time, you can not feel good and bad. One of those two feelings always prevails. No matter what we call bad feelings, whether it is guilt, jealousy, envy or fear, it consists of not feeling well. You just know that you are not in balance.
If you feel bad, you first have to understand that you will not achieve anything feeling so. You are just going to feel bad and that’s it. You can change your feelings quickly and easily, as well as turn on or turn off the light in your room. Just press the switch and no more bad thoughts. You need to find your own way how to quickly and easily change the way you feel. Play a joyful song, read jokes, and play your favorite movie. Do whatever it takes to make you feel better.
Each of us should know himself best. For example, when I feel bad, when I’m sad, I put iTunes on. I have prepared a list of 300-400 songs that I play whenever I feel bad. That’s my defense mechanism, this is how I control my negative feelings. Sometimes I play them loud, sometimes not, but every time when I start my playlist I’m singing and dancing in my room. Do it, sing songs, have fun and forget about your troubles. Maybe this looks funny or stupid, but it’s my defense mechanism. In this way I ensure that I am generally cheerful and happy.
I’m not a psychologist and I can not tell you what processes are taking place in the brain when you think negative or how your body works in these moments. But it is obvious, if you are emotionally or psychologically down and you feel bad, then how your brain can work properly? So, the solution of the problem is to surround yourself with good vibes as much as possible. Find a way to control your negative feelings.
In the past few months I have started to work on myself. I have watched the movie “The Secret”, I have read the book “The Right to Be Rich”, and I’m doing my best to live as positive as I can. I have no doubt that positive thoughts attract positive things in our life. It is really a fact. Friends and colleagues at work have noticed that I’m lately funnier, relaxed and cheerful. If nothing else, in this way colleges at work are relaxed and I have positive impact on all people that surround me.
It is the fact that my bills come to me every month, I have problems too. All of us have, but you have to accept that this is something normal. Until you grow your problems, they will still remain problems. When you grow them, they will become facts, something that is normal and it normally happens. It is the fact that you must pay your bills. Doesn’t it? When you grow those you will feel much better and you will in alignment with your peace.
Of course, I can’t be nor I’m always positive. I just try to control my negative thinking behaving in certain ways while staying positive. Find the way you will be able to control your negative feelings, be it music or film, or a joke book, its just matters how you feel. Try a little and you will see that is not to be happy and cheerful.
