Thigh/Stomach/Back Workout Plan
When I was a teen I wasn’t fit at all, had asthma, got tired easily, wasn’t good at sports, hated gym class. I’m just not built for activity. In my early 20s i started buying fitness magazines, only because I was just picking out magazines at the gas station on the way home getting cigs. I became interested in muscle at seeing how easy it was, I didn’t need a workout. You could just stretch and make muscle easily, without running, going to a gym, or lifting weights. I’m lazy as it as and at the time I smoked dope everyday.
Soon after starting to work on my stomach I could feel what I was doing and eventually I could do 50 sit-ups without a problem, I would get up and do 50 sit-ups just for the hell of it. I lived with mom and she made me move out and I couldn’t afford food anymore, I didn’t work full time and lived off Social Security. I got fat and lost all the muscle I had.
20 years have gone by and I haven’t worked at all, still getting Social Security, single, no kids, no interaction with anyone and I’m not physical in any way during the day. I literally was bones 6 months ago, my legs were weak, back was horrible, and my stomach is not obese but it sticks out, I weigh under 200 pounds and I’m 6 feet tall. I’ve been drinking everyday for over 15 years and I’m fucked up. I break a sweat getting up out of bed to go in the kitchen in the summer, after walking to the store or something I sit here for minutes sweating buckets.
I remembered my workouts from when I was young and how easy they were. I need to improve my health, I’m 45, was a dope smoker, a drinker now, smoked since I was a teen, and I haven’t been active my whole life I need to get it together.
Leg Strengthening Exercises
So I’ve been doing this for 3 or 4 months now, the time goes by like nothing. And I just do it after I go to the bathroom in the bathroom. I stand in front of the counter, put my hands on it and spread my legs some. I lean in and just stretch my thighs. And this is important, you hold it for a count of 10, and do it 10 times. Sometimes I work on my stomach after that, sometimes I just walk around the house for a second. But come back and do another 10 stretches on my thighs. The second round gets it going real good.
That’s it, that’s all I do. I don’t even set out to do it and it’s not like I’m making a conscious decision I can’t carry through with. If you are lazy or can’t get yourself to continually do a routine it’s great, just real quick after you’re in the bathroom. And I get up sometimes and feel what I’ve been accomplishing and I just walk into the bathroom just to do more. Let’s Go! Let’s do some shit! I don’t do it everyday, and yea sometimes you have to just sit there you’ve done so much.
It’s been 3 or 4 months and my thighs are huge, I’m like He-Man. I take a shower and it’s unbelievable how big they are and the muscle I have. I went from I’m not kidding, bone, that’s it, I’ve been sitting in bed for over 20 years with my computer all day everyday, to I feel and look good.
For your stomach, just lean in with your stomach and hold it. I’ve been not overweight but fat some in the stomach, it’s just solid mass and sticks out some. I haven’t worked as much on it but I do do like just 3 to 5 stretches of 10 counts the same time I’m doing my legs. Sometimes I’ll do the whole 10 then another 10 but my legs have precedence, but now I’m focusing more on it. I don’t have much to say about results, I’m bigger, but if you’re slim and do more than I have I’m sure you will have results and could powerhouse 50 sit-ups whether you like it or not. In 3 to 4 months. Couple times a week if not more there’s no slacking, and I am the laziest person in the world but this is my body and my bodies future I don’t fuck around.
Back Muscle Exercises
I recently, in fact yesterday, was like I gotta start something for my back. And just while I was thinking that I stretched my back not thinking of anything purposefully and was like, Oh there it is. And I immediately started working on my back. Extend your chest and stomach and stretch your back muscle, hold it for a count of 10 and do it 10 times, then do another ten, take a little break in between.
Everyone has back problems, and it’s gonna get worse even if you don’t when you get older. All the way till you’re freaking old and you should prepare for it now.
This is so easy and when I was 20 doing this I couldn’t believe I was doing it, I of all people, lazy, irresponsible, drug user, was making muscle so easily and fast.
